What is Infoprop?

After four years of working with a large property management company we gained deep business and technical insight into this industry. We know that private landlords face a wide range of challenges such as:

• Keeping track of all pertinent documents
• Scrolling through endless spreadsheets
• Manually compiling financial figures and tax returns
• Keeping on top of when rents and bills are due
• Identifying which tenancy agreements, insurance policies and safety certificates are in place, and ensuring these are renewed on time

This led to the development of Infoprop, a cloud-based property management application designed to solve the kind of problems that plague the working lives of private landlords. Infoprop puts private landlords in control of their data and enables them to leverage it to optimise the way they run their business.
